• 2 oz madison park bergamote • 1 oz confiture figue a diluer dans le Gin a la cuillère • 1,5 oz citron pressé • 1 blanc d’oeuf • 1 oz sirop simple • Tout dans un shaker avec 2/3 glace • Filtrer dans une pinte 2/3 glace
